A leading outsourcing company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in public services. This home-based role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with teams across Fire and Rescue Services. Join our Growth team as a Business Development Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Capita Public Service forward. You’ll be responsible for identifying, nurturing and securing new business opportunities that deliver year-on-year profitable growth. Collaborating across Capita Public Services (CPS) Client Groups, you’ll maximise opportunities by championing our propositions and unlocking potential across Fire and Rescue and Blue Light Services.
This is a home-based role with occasional travel to Moreton-in-Marsh for team meetings and collaboration.
