A fintech start-up in Central London is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales in the healthcare payments sector. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience in fintech or B2B sales, strong communication skills, and a confidence in building relationships. This hybrid role offers a base salary of £50,000-£70,000 with an uncapped commission structure, taking your OTE to around £100,000.
Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 remote)
Salary: £50,000-£70,000 basic + uncapped monthly commission (OTE around £100,000)
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
