What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing your own portfolio of Customer accounts.
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to ramping up card spend and account management.
  • Telephone-based role – no face-to-face or field sales involved.
  • Contact SME owner-directors selling our award-winning business credit card.
  • Making 30-50 outbound cold calls per day.
  • Identify target industries and organisations by working closely with the sales & growth teams.
  • Prospect into target organisations using a range of outbound sales tools, campaigns and referrals.
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and new acquisition figures to build toward your quarter target.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through consultative sales and strategic account management.
We’re Looking For
  • 1-2+ years of telesales experience (ideally in B2B, although not required).
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Experience in a 360 sales cycle.
  • A proven track record of working to KPIs.
  • An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings.
  • Enthusiasm for building client relationships through outreach across various channels including phone, email, and video calls.

Interview Process
  • First stage: 30-minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Telephone call)
  • Final stage: 60-minute in-person interview with Sales Managers and Team members
