A leading public service organization seeks a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This home-based role involves occasional travel and emphasizes collaboration across teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales pipeline management background and must thrive in engaging with Fire and Rescue and Blue Light Services.
Join our Growth team as a Business Development Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving Capita Public Service forward. You'll be responsible for identifying, nurturing and securing new business opportunities that deliver year-on-year profitable growth. Collaborating across Capita Public Services (CPS) Client Groups, you'll maximise opportunities by championing our propositions and unlocking potential across Fire and Rescue and Blue Light Services.
This is a home-based role with occasional travel to Moreton-in-Marsh for team meetings and collaboration.
