About the role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the business by identifying and developing new opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector. You will take a proactive approach to building relationships with landlords, agents, consultants, and occupiers, positioning the company as a trusted delivery partner. Working closely with the pre-construction and leadership teams, you will support bid strategies, attend networking events, and develop tailored proposals that reflect the company's values and capabilities.
