We are recruiting three Insurance Business Development Managers (BDMs) to grow Marsh's SME commercial segment in Witham, Egham, and Worcester. This is a hybrid role requiring you to work at least four days a week on the road or in the office.
Each BDM will focus on direct-to-client acquisition and the fast, repeatable placement of commercial risks with premiums between £5,000 and £20,000. The role prioritises Commercial Combined, Contractors, and general commercial product lines, requiring strong prospecting, quoting, and disciplined pipeline management.
