Overview

An award winning business in the expanding Waste Management industry is looking to recruit a talented Business Development Manager to cover the Bradford area.

Our client are a business with a real reputation for innovation, creativity, and service excellence. They have several genuine USP's and have grown organically with steady growth year on year. They provide waste management solutions to clients such as Vauxhall, Morrisons supermarkets, Poundland and many more. They have won several awards in the last 10 years and are one of only a handful of National Waste providers that are fully Carbon-Neutral certified, a major door opener in today’s green conscious world.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: £30,000 to £32,000 plus a car package circa £5,000 plus benefits and bonuses. The company bonus scheme is uncapped; expected earnings circa £20,000 in bonuses per year. Annual earnings should therefore be £55,000 – £65,000 in year 1 (some BDMs earn close to £70k).
