You’ll work alongside senior leaders to shape strategy, implement plans, and spot opportunities that take our growth to the next level. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on collaboration, loves building relationships, and wants the freedom to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Development Initiatives: Drive strategic BD activity across area teams and the wider organisation, working closely with legal colleagues across all our Ampa brands.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Lead account planning, oversee client care meetings, and ensure our clients remain central to our growth plans.
  • Target and Expand: Identify new opportunities, create go-to-market strategies, and develop referral pathways to unlock growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients and prospects, introducing our teams and services in a way that resonates.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Use CRM tools and analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate on Events & Partnerships: Research sponsorship opportunities, design event strategies, and execute activations with the wider team.
  • Champion a Growth Mindset: Coach and challenge partners and fee earners to achieve their own BD goals, acting as the link between teams and marketing specialists.
