Job description

We are currently working exclusively with a successful financial services business (bridging finance) who wish to appoint a Business Development Manager for West Midlands (remote). Reporting to MD – Property Finance this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful & growing business as Business Development Manager. The role of Business Development Manager will primarily be the key point of contact for the broking sector / mortgage intermediaries. You will build strong productive relationships whilst consistently promoting a specialist lending business.

  • Proactively develop new intermediary relationships within the defined area of London / South East
  • Identify new opportunities whilst developing & maintaining strong business relationships
  • Provide an excellent and professional service intermediary clients ensuring a full understanding of the lending proposition
  • Ensure your diary is planned weeks in advance wherever possible whilst reacting to changes in market conditions & product specs
  • Understand the regulatory obligations of the lending channel
  • Work with the wider specialist team supporting with complex enquiries and other ad-hoc requirements
