A leading security solutions provider in Birmingham is seeking a Business Development Manager to promote their services. This hybrid role involves energetic salesmanship and establishing relationships with property managers across various sectors. Candidates should have strong networking skills and a 'can do' attitude. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £60k, commission, annual leave, and benefits such as a gym membership contribution and a company pension.

This role requires energy and enthusiasm to promote our security service to a range of property owners and managers in organisations including Councils, the NHS, care home groups, housing associations, charities and private owners, site managers and building companies. Excellent networking skills and a credible sales style with a consultative approach will be required to understand and solve your prospects' security needs.
You will be responsible for all stages of the sales process from identifying leads and building a pipeline, to qualifying new sites, proposing the best possible solution of our highly intelligent monitored alarms and CCTV enable us to offer a range of services to suit all of our clients needs. You will use a range of resources including our up‑to‑date CRM system, current clients, local contacts and cold calling to identified target groups.
