Business Development Manager - Bridging & Development Finance

About the Role

A specialist lender in the bridging and development finance space is seeking an experienced BDM to expand its presence across the North West and the Midlands. You'll be promoting a well-regarded product range, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with brokers and introducers.

Locations: North West, Midlands, South West (3 roles available)

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business across the region through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Promote the lender's full suite of bridging and development finance products
  • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, introducers, and key industry partners
  • Manage your own territory and pipeline while delivering exceptional service
  • Represent the business at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in bridging, development finance, or a closely related lending environment
  • Brokers with strong broker/introducer relationships will also be considered
  • Strong existing relationships with brokers and introducers
  • Confident communicator with a proven track record of generating new business
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable working remotely
