Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing customer relationships within the transportation and logistics sector. This role works closely with operations and senior management to develop new accounts, support customer onboarding, and contribute to the company’s long‑term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within transportation, logistics, and related services.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with shippers, brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Generate new leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Present company services, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and ensure a smooth transition to operations.
