A leading energy consulting firm is seeking an experienced account manager to engage with UK Nuclear clients. The role involves developing strategic account plans, building strong client relationships, and leading business development initiatives. Candidates should have a degree in engineering or business, with proven sales experience and strong communication skills. This position is located in Altrincham, UK, and offers a dynamic work environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Accountability Objective :
To understand the strategic objectives of UK Nuclear customers. To develop and implement account plans in consultation with the Ops teams. Account Plans to include multi-year action plans, order intake revenue plans. The account plans will be centered around :
Promote the active use of CRM / Salesforce to organize Kinectrics and monitor account performance against the strategy, developing and implementing improvement actions and contingency plans as appropriate.
To meet account strategy and order targets to help meet and where possible exceed the business plan.
Champion client interests within Kinectrics to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
Completion of a 3-year university degree or higher in either engineering (or a related science), management or marketing.
Demonstrate competence gained in business development and / or Nuclear Industry Experience.
An understanding of people management and profit and loss accountability.
Effective selling and business development skills. An ability to learn and discuss a broad range of technical capabilities and services.
Effective project and financial management skills.
Strong relationship building abilities and well-established industry network.
Result and action oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong customer orientation and commitment to Kinectrics and business unit goals.
Experience in sales, bid preparation, and negotiating.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong business acumen and takes initiative.
