The role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Smart Buildings Business Development Manager with a specialisation in Building Management Systems (BMS). You'll play a critical role in driving our expansion efforts and identifying new strategic partnerships.

Are you an ambitious, self‑motivated professional with a passion for decarbonising buildings? Do you have a proven track record in business development and thrive in a dynamic, client‑focused environment? If so, then this role could be for you.

You will
  • Promote our advanced BMS solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients
  • Develop strategic partnerships within the commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors
You have
  • A proven track record in business development or sales within the built environment or smart building sector
  • Knowledge of Building Control Systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability and confidence to deliver in a customer‑facing environment
  • A current driving licence, due to the travel required to and from client sites
