Job Description

: We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to play a key role in driving growth across Cegekas UK operations. This is a greenfield opportunity

a brand new role within the business

offering the chance to make a real impact and shape the companys growth in the UK market and to help our customers identify the solutions they need and have access to the best IT professionals to support their projects.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will help to identify and qualify new opportunities, support bids through key frameworks, and build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across both public and private sectors.

This position is ideally suited to someone with around five years experience in sales of IT Team Extension solutions within the Finance and Insurance industry, who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets
  • Support the development of bids, proposals, and tenders
  • Research and monitor upcoming frameworks, procurements, and policy developments
  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity and pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to design tailored propositions for prospective clients
  • Support marketing and engagement initiatives to strengthen Cegekas brand visibility in the UK
Profile
  • Approximately 2-3 years experience in IT sales, customer engagement, or new business development
  • Strong interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities proactively and effectively
  • Confident in client-facing situations and adept at building rapport with stakeholders
  • Familiarity of Professional Services with right shoring; a blend of on-shore, off-shore and near-shore delivery environments
  • Experience in selling IT Team Extension solutions within the Application Delivery landscape within the Finance and Insurance industry
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and bid management processes
  • Awareness of the Procurement Act and UK Government buying behaviours
Experience in IT contract recruitment sales

Security Clearance may be required (but will be sponsored by Cegeka as necessary)
