A Japanese parts manufacturer is currently recruiting a Business Development Executive in Poland or Hungary. This role would suit someone who has extensive experience of B2B business development in the Automotive industry.

Business level of fluency in English is required for this position.

Job Details
  • Work type: remote work (home office based)
  • Visa support: No
  • Benefits: company car provided
  • Type: Permanent, full-time
  • Working hours: 9:05-17:05 from Monday to Friday
  • Salary: €25k-€30k level depending on experience
  • Start: ASAP
  • Location: Fully remote within Poland or Hungary (HQ: Timisoara, Romania)
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop new business in Europe through identifying prospective businesses by direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, calling and emails
  • Actively and successfully managing the full-cycle sales process: from lead generation to negotiations and closing deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and provide a high level of service
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of business development experience in the Automotive industry is a must
  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Business fluency level of English
  • Good PC skills (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working within Japanese environment is a bonus
  • Willing to travel in Europe
