The Role

As aBusiness Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving growth and expanding the company's market presence. Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams, you'll identify new business opportunities, generate leads and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your diary to ensure regular client appointments and consistent activity levels
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and maintain accurate forecasts using the CRM system
  • Analyse client spend and identify opportunities to grow accounts
  • Meet and exceed KPIs by driving meaningful sales conversations and closing deals
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective outreach and lead‑generation strategies
About You
