Medicare Systems Ltd. offers a professional service from an initial consultation through to the installation and commissioning of the Nurse Call System recommended to the client.

We also provide comprehensive after‑sales support of our equipment, which is used extensively in both hospitals and care homes.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a competent person who is self‑motivated, hardworking, and determined with excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed. The successful candidate is required to have experience in:

  • B2B outbound telesales and cold calling.
  • Account management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM / Database systems.
  • Good time management and able to prioritise activities and multi‑task.
  • Desire to succeed with a can‑do attitude.
Duties
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Achieve set targets for business development activities while contributing to overall company goals.
Skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Full product training will be given at Head Office in Poole, Dorset. Any experience in the NHS, medical sales, hospitals, care homes or hospices would be an advantage.

This is a full‑time role with a 37½ hour working week. All our staff must be of a personable disposition and be prepared to have DBS checks.

An attractive package is available with a salary of £30,000 dependent upon experience, plus commission (OTE £44,000).

29 holiday days per annum (including public holidays) are included.
