Overview

Stroud HQ (Hybrid) | Up to £45,000 basic + double OTE. We are working with a fast-growing technology business that's looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1-2 years of IT/tech sales experience to join their expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who's already had exposure to tech sales and wants to take the next step, with a clear career path to Account Executive within 12-18 months.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads
  • Researching and mapping target accounts within the IT space
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities
  • Engaging with stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders
  • Working closely with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, webinars, and events
What we27re looking for
  • 1-2 years' experience in IT/tech sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Confident in outbound prospecting and engaging decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, resilient, and target-driven
  • Ambitious, coachable, and eager to progress into an Account Executive role
