What's the role about?

Business Development Executive – Nestlé Wholesale

Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for building relationships & influencing decision-makers?

Do you want to represent one of the world's biggest FMCG brands in wholesale?

Full‑Time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000 to 30,500 per annum + up to 20% bonus + Company car

Working: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Location: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Fife and surrounding

Powerforce is on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to join our Nestlé Wholesale team. This role is all about taking ownership of your territory, driving visibility, and growing sales across wholesale depots. You’ll use data and insights to influence, pitch and close agreements, and ensure Nestlé is always front of mind.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building strong relationships with wholesale depot managers and key stakeholders
  • Using insights to drive sales, product availability and visibility
  • Negotiating additional displays, securing NPD agreements and influencing orders
  • Auditing depot compliance and presence
  • Executing activation days, trade events and secondary displays
  • Reporting results with before/after photos and sharing BIG wins

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within FMCG, wholesale or retail
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Results‑driven and target‑focused, resilient and adaptable
  • Knowledge of B2B sales, supply chains and distributor networks is desirable
  • Full UK driving licence for at least one year
