Business Development Executive – Irvine, North Ayrshire. Salary £35,000. OTE £40,000+. Office based - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities
  • As a Business Development Executive, contribute to driving growth and expanding the company\'s market presence.
  • Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Manage your diary to ensure regular client appointments and consistent activity levels.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and maintain accurate forecasts using the CRM system.
  • Analyse client spend and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs by driving meaningful sales conversations and closing deals.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective outreach and lead-generation strategies.
