Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Executive, contribute to driving growth and expanding the company\'s market presence.
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Manage your diary to ensure regular client appointments and consistent activity levels.
- Proactively follow up on quotes and maintain accurate forecasts using the CRM system.
- Analyse client spend and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
- Meet and exceed KPIs by driving meaningful sales conversations and closing deals.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective outreach and lead-generation strategies.

- Strong ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with new and existing customers.
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on goals.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and interpreting data insights.
- Previous experience in a sales, business development, or phone-based role is an advantage.
