As a Business Development Executive at Resolutiion, you will drive awareness and adoption of our category-defining AI solution in the enterprise conflict and dispute resolution space. You’ll help us connect with mid-sized and large enterprises, understand what they’re dealing with, and show them how our AI platform can make their lives easier, smoother, and more productive. Your ability to connect with people, ask the right questions, and explain our value clearly will be key, not to mention your curiosity and excitement for building something new and meaningful. You’ll be joining a fast-moving team that’s rethinking how the world works (literally), and your voice will help shape how we grow.

What You’ll Do
- Own the game, end to end – from identifying opportunities and sparking first conversations to pitching, negotiating, closing, and expanding relationships with mid market and enterprise accounts.
- Build relationships that matter – become a trusted partner to our customers, driving adoption and uncovering new opportunities to grow their success (and ours).
- Be a consultative guide – dig deep into customer challenges, bring insights back to our Product Team, and help shape solutions that truly change how they work.
- Activate and expand – win new logos, get them live, then turn them into long-term champions through smart, strategic account growth.
- Design your own pipeline – develop a healthy mix of enterprise and mid-market opportunities, balancing quick wins with big, transformative deals.
- Represent Resolutiion out in the world – at industry events, on panels, and in conversations that shape the market. You’ll be the person people remember, sourcing fresh leads and helping to build our presence everywhere that matters.
