About Us

YUN Cross Bridge Rice Noodles is London’s first authentic Yunnan-style rice noodle restaurant, located in the heart of Brick Lane. We are proud to bring traditional “Cross-Bridge” rice noodles and modern Chinese dining culture to London’s vibrant food scene. Following the success of our flagship branch, we are now planning to open a new restaurant and expand our brand presence across the UK. To support this growth, we are looking for a talented and motivated Business Sales Executive to join our team.

The Role

As a Business Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping YUN grow its customer base and partnerships. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, and catering partners.
  • Preparing and negotiating quotations, contracts, and business proposals.
  • Promoting YUN’s catering, group dining, and new branch launch events to expand brand awareness.
  • Coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities to support expansion.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
