BUSINESS DEVELOMENT DIRECTOR NORTH

My client is a mid-sized TFM company, nationally based with head offices near Windsor. Providing a full range of services including TFM, cleaning, engineering maintenance, security, pest control and grounds maintenance, they have a client list of high profile clients across commercial, healthcare, education, public sector and large corporates. Over the past 20 years, my client has grown rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions.

Role and responsibilities
  • We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Director with experience selling to large organisations across multiple service streams.
  • The successful candidate must have a strong client centric approach, a proven track record of winning business and building customer propositions that meet the clients\' needs and win themes and a professional manner.
  • Looking after Northern England, ideally the candidate should be based in the area between Leeds and Manchester to maximise the ease of meeting clients.
  • The role presents an opportunity to be responsible for sourcing the own pipeline and managing the process with the support of a strong bid team.
