As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Freelance Business Development Consultant to partner with us in identifying and securing new recruitment opportunities across the UK.

The Opportunity - Remote / Home-based

This is an exciting, fully flexible freelance role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and developing new business. You’ll play a key role in expanding Fairmont Crest’s client base by generating confirmed recruitment programmes opportunities that allow us to place high‑calibre candidates with exceptional organisations.

Commission is paid upon candidate placements.

You’ll have the freedom to work independently, leveraging your network and business acumen to open doors, build credibility, and deliver tangible results.

What You’ll Be Doing
