A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Consultant to generate new client relationships. The role is home-based and targets B2B sales across various sectors. Candidates should have a strong sales background and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Compensation includes a basic salary of £28,000 to £35,000 plus uncapped commission, allowing top performers to earn significantly more.
Location: Home-based (MUST LIVE in South Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, or Cotswolds)
Salary: £28,000 £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £35,000 £55,000, top performers £65,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm
