Skybound Wealth Management Ltd is seeking an ambitious Business Development Associate to identify and engage with high-net-worth expatriate clients globally and connect them with Private Wealth Advisers. The role includes sponsoring CISI Level 4 Diploma training to progress into a Private Wealth Adviser position within 2–3 years.

Responsibilities include researching prospects, outreach via phone/email/LinkedIn, and booking meetings for advisers while building lasting professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Confident communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and proactivity.
• Pro-active sales, recruitment or business development background preferred.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new business.
• Comfortable dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
• Interest in financial markets and current affairs.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual to join Skybound Wealth Management as a Business Development Associate. This is a trainee pathway into international wealth management, with clear progression to becoming a Private Wealth Adviser.

The focus of the role is to strategically identify and engage with high-net-worth expatriate clients globally, introduce our service and connect them with our Private Wealth Advisers.

Alongside your day-to-day work, the company will sponsor you to complete the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, to support you in progressing as a Private Wealth Adviser yourself over a 2-3 year period.

Key Benefits:

• A basic salary of £24,000 to £28,000, plus an uncapped commission structure
