What You Will Do

As a Business Development Associate, you will play an essential part in driving Klarna's commercial success by maximizing the efficiency and impact of our Partner Success Teams. This position combines strategic research, stakeholder mapping, and operational excellence to accelerate Klarna's go-to-market efforts and strengthen our partnerships across the UK, Ireland, and Southern and Western Europe. In this position, you will support Klarna's Partner Success Teams by researching target companies and mapping key stakeholders across multiple markets. You will help strengthen Klarna's commercial pipeline by uncovering high-value opportunities and providing insights that enable faster, more effective negotiations. Working closely with senior commercial teams and Klarna's C-level executives, you will contribute to shaping strategic partnerships that drive our regional growth. Through this experience, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of Klarna's go-to-market organization and build a strong foundation for future career development within our sales and commercial teams.
