About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, well-connected individual to help grow PCSS’s network and revenue. The focus will be on identifying new business opportunities as well as securing collaborations or service agreements that drive growth.

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity, ideally suited to someone who already has other professional or business commitments. You’ll have full autonomy to manage your own time, build relationships, and be rewarded for the business you generate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new partnership and client opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships.
  • Develop and pitch collaboration or service opportunities aligned with PCSS’s mission and values.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and manage communication through to contract stage.
  • Provide regular updates on leads, pipeline progress, and signed deals.
Essential Skills
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting ideas and representing PCSS professionally.
  • Business Development: Experience identifying opportunities, pitching services, and closing deals or partnerships.
  • Organisation: Strong time management and self-motivation; able to manage multiple leads and priorities independently.
  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Demonstrates discretion, trustworthiness, and alignment with PCSS’s values of care and professionalism.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understands the principles of revenue generation, partnership value, and fair negotiation.
  • Industry Understanding: Awareness of the sports or football landscape, including how clubs, agents, and players operate.

  • Existing Network: Contacts within football, sports management, or related industries.
  • Presentation & Proposal Writing: Ability to create and deliver compelling partnership proposals.
  • Creative Thinking: Comfortable developing new ideas for collaborations and growth opportunities.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position.

Timeline
