We are seeking a highly credible senior professional from a Big 4 or leading consultancy background to play a key role in developing and deepening relationships across the Private Equity and Real Estate markets.

This is a client-facing, relationship-led role for someone who brings not just technical and commercial expertise, but a proven network and trusted relationships at partner, fund and investment decision-maker level.

The Role
  • Originate, develop and grow advisory mandates across Private Equity and Real Estate clients
  • Leverage an established personal network to generate new business and cross-sell services
  • Act as a trusted adviser to PE houses, funds, investors and senior real estate stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to shape propositions and win complex engagements
  • Represent the firm at senior-level meetings, industry events and within the wider market
  • Play a visible role in the firm's market positioning and growth strategy
The Person
  • Background in a Big 4 firm or top-tier consultancy or similar
  • Deep experience working with Private Equity and/or Real Estate clients
  • A demonstrable “black book” of senior PE and Real Estate relationships
  • Strong commercial instincts with a proven track record of revenue generation
  • Gravitas and credibility with Boards, Partners, Investment Committees and C-suite clients
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting and comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Likely operating at Partner, Director or Senior Director level (or equivalent)
