We’re seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive project acquisition, build lasting client relationships, and help position this new studio as a global design leader.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join at the very start of a new London venture, working alongside senior leadership to establish a strong market presence and deliver exceptional growth.

Your first six months will focus on:

• Building strong relationships with the main teams in Shenzhen to understand the firm’s capabilities and project portfolio.
• Securing new projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East — laying the foundation for long‑term business success.

• Establishing a new market presence: Be the driving force behind the London office’s business development strategy.
