Job description

We’re seeking a dynamic Business Design Executive to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract and play a vital role in driving impactful business design initiatives. You'll leverage your analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and strategic 'big picture' thinking to connect complex concepts and synthesise data.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you’ll support key strategic initiatives and utilise your expertise in data analysis and critical thinking to help shape business strategies and enhance operating model improvements. If you're ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Work alongside Business Design Consultants and the Business Design Practice Lead to deliver design initiatives.
  • Gather and synthesise data to support business design decisions, helping to shape insights and recommendations.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, supporting meetings, preparing materials and documenting key decisions.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs and emerging business models to support design recommendations.
  • Develop knowledge of Business Design methods, frameworks and tools, actively applying them in project work.

What you’ll bring:
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in research, data analysis or project support in a relevant field.
  • Ability to draw upon a wide range of perspectives to find optimal solutions to complex situations.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and confident in working in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive and inquisitive mindset, eager to learn and develop within a business design function.
  • Confident in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Passion for staying up to date with the wider market to advance the AXA Health's goals and objectives.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
