Overview

Help us make a difference as a Business Analyst at our site in Ford - West Sussex.

Days of work: Monday to Friday - this role is site based.

37.5 hours per week.

A quick look at the role. Support RWHC operations through accurate data analysis, reporting, and system management. You'll maintain data integrity, develop reporting tools, and ensure information flows smoothly across teams. The role drives efficiency and compliance by producing reports, analysing trends, supporting improvement initiatives, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance forecasting and data validation.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and SharePoint integrations for clear operational insights.
• Maintain accurate reporting on sand data, sampling, and mass balance analysis.
• Prepare Environment Agency returns and compliance reports on time and to standard.
• Manage contaminated load reports, sampling schedules, and ePRN submissions.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for clients and internal teams.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis to support performance and strategic decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and offtakers to ensure data accuracy and flow.
• Support training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Our essential requirements.

• Strong Power BI, Excel, and data interpretation skills with hands-on experience in reporting and analysis.
• Confident using Microsoft applications and managing data systems.
• Proven ability to produce accurate, compliant technical data submissions.
• High numerical aptitude with strong spreadsheet and statistical analysis skills.
• GCSEs/A Levels (or equivalent); degree in Science, Maths, or Engineering desirable.
• Knowledge of environmental data, waste management, or large-data tracking is an advantage.
