  • Location: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days on-site after probation)

We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join a busy IT team. This is a key position within the business, supporting departmental operations, and the right person will excel at building and maintaining relationships.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Communicate effectively with various personalities across the IT department.
  • Track and report on KPIs for developers, such as the number of defects.
  • Prepare and analyse performance reports using Power BI.
  • Engage in daily stand-ups and project management discussions to stay aligned with team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support departmental objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Organised and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Comfortable using Excel and interpreting Power BI reports.
  • Basic understanding of IT terminologies.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey information effectively across different levels of the organisation.
