A leading pharmaceutical company seeks an experienced Business Coordinator in Macclesfield to provide high-quality administrative support for project teams and senior leaders. The role requires at least 5 years of experience and strong organizational skills. You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and utilize various software tools to streamline workflows. This position supports a dynamic team dedicated to improving productivity in a vibrant work environment, working on average three days a week in the office while respecting individual flexibility.

Your focus will be to provide administrative, high quality and professional support to the project teams and senior global leaders, utilizing a wide range of skills in a dynamic, high pace and complex business environment where sensitivity and confidentiality is required. As a Business Coordinator within PT&D, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes and enhancing productivity across our organization. As a Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing diaries for managers including travel arrangements, coordinating complex meetings and events in a fast-paced environment. Support can be provided to line managers as well as to different project teams. You can also contribute or drive development projects within our Global Business Support team to enhance our service to the broader PT&D.
Relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent experience.
