Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious Senior Associate or Manager to join our rapdily growing Business Consulting practice, specialising in Change and Transformation. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and solutions to clients undergoing significant organisational change.

  • Analysis and Problem solving: Assists with the development of solutions and recommendations considered business needs, user needs and technology constraints.

  • Set strategy: Support our client’s in defining transformation roadmaps that address a client’s organisational business problems and needs.

  • Digital delivery : Set the direction and scope for delivery teams managing the process of discovery and refinement of scope, progressing options and ensuring there is a value based prioritisation approach.

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support clients through organisational transformations.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the practice.

  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in change and transformation.

What experience you'll bring:

What you’ll bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci) is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business consulting, with a focus on change and transformation, ideally from a management consulting firm with some experience of working within the public sector industry.

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.

  • Knowledge of digital delivery and associated agile methodologies.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Ability to collaborate well with technical and user focused roles with familiarity of user centred approaches
