Overview

We are looking for an AML Services Business Compliance Officer to join our fiduciary team in Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a named MLCO and MLRO on client entities, attending board meetings, preparing board reports
• Co-ordinating the preparation and submission of any annual compliance return for relevant entities
• Undertaking periodic reviews to ensure continued appropriateness of adopted AML/CTF/CPF documentation in conjunction with the relevant client entity board of directors
