New Level Results works closely with leaders, owner-managers, co founders, large corporates and teams to provide coaching support aimed at improving work / life balance and leadership capability, by fostering a coaching culture and continuous learning. We also support a dynamic community of coaches to build successful and sustainable coaching businesses by working closely together to differentiate in the coaching marketplace. Qualifications and Requirements :

• Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience coaching individuals from a range of backgrounds.
• You are a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, influencing, and fearlessly challenging leaders and managers at all levels on behavioural change that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value
• Passionate about changing people's lives through coaching
