A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Business Change Manager to drive IT Service Continuity Management processes and ensure effective communication and training. This hybrid position requires a strong background in ServiceNow and a focus on embedding continuity plans and recovery procedures. The contract is for 6 months, extendable.
