Job Description

Joining Culina Group as the Business Change Manager, you will plan and execute strategies to assist our organisation in the implementation and adaptation of changes; ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include communicating changes to affected stakeholders of all levels, supporting employees through training and coaching, risk assessment and mitigation. More specifically, the Business Change Manager will involve preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organisation structures.

Key Duties of the Business Change Manager:

  • Drive organisational change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of programme outcomes
  • Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools, to identify and quantify tangible and intangible changes to AS IS custom and practice, in order to create strategies to support adoption of these changes required by a project or initiatives
  • Develop and implement communication strategies supporting the objectives of associated projects and programmes, for delivery to all affected stakeholders including employees
  • Support employees through the provision/facilitation of training & coaching, and provide guidance to help employees adapt to new ways of working and build resilience to change
  • Conduct change management assessments to identify potential resistance and areas of concern, and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of the change, such as adoption rates, employee satisfaction, and time-to-adoption. Provide reports as required to inform stakeholders of progress and plans.
  • Work with project managers, leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure changes and associated change strategies are aligned with organisational objectives and culture
  • Design, develop and implement methods for evaluating and reporting on user readiness, in conjunction with the life‑cycle of the associated project or programme
  • To identify issues associated with change adoption and actual resistance, supporting strategies to resolution
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in large‑scale business change management within a corporate environment
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (written and verbal), at all levels of the business
  • Proficiency in business change management tools and methodologies in an industrial level, acknowledging potential involvement of trade unions and other employee representative groups
  • Advanced problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Self‑organised, motivated and possessing excellent time management abilities
  • Risk and issue management expertise
  • Ability to provide business change support to multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • An understanding of logistics is preferable, although not essential
