The ideal candidate will manage stakeholder engagement, drive technology adoption, and support strategic innovation projects. We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Business Change Manager to lead change across our Strategic Innovation Portfolio, with a primary focus on our £50m Digital Twin programme. This ambitious initiative aims to deliver 33 end-to-end Waste Water Treatment Digital Twins to help reduce carbon emissions and optimise operations.
You’ll be based at our Head Office in Coventry with regular travel to our sites. You’ll work within our Asset Intelligence and Innovation team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, however we would consider part time hours.
