Business Change Manager – Digital Twin Programme

Severn Trent is more than a water company; we are a sustainability‑focused organization dedicated to protecting our environment and communities. With nearly 10,000 colleagues, we drive projects that modernise national infrastructure and make a real impact.

You’ll be based at our Head Office in Coventry, working within the Asset Intelligence and Innovation team. The role requires a 37‑hour week (part‑time consideration possible) and involves regular travel to our sites.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
  • Drive adoption of Digital Twin technology and embed a culture of change.
  • Support technical teams with process and change management.
  • Facilitate workshops, co‑design sessions, and training.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and manage risks.
  • Support other strategic innovation projects as needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Skilled in translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with problem‑solving ability.
  • Background in water/wastewater operations is desirable.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
