Job summary

CB Consulting in London is seeking an experienced Business Change Consultant to drive analysis and change activities on major transformation programmes within the UK secure government sector. You will work on change communications, stakeholder engagement, and service design to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Permanent or contract options are available, with the potential to progress through enhanced clearance levels and long-term career development within the consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and change management on large transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communications skills.
• Experience with service design, transition and operational readiness.
• Proficient in AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping techniques.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in London and hold Active SC/NPPV clearance.
• Track record delivering secure government or similarly large programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and capture requirements for change initiatives.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and design new services.
• Assess change impact and plan adoption and embedding of new ways of working.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on government transformation programmes.
• Ensure delivery aligns with security clearance requirements and London onsite work.

I'm working with a specialist business change consultancy that's continuing to grow its presence across the UK secure government sector and is looking for an experienced Business Analysis & Business Change Consultant to join one of its major transformation programmes.
