A leading UK law firm is seeking a Business Analyst to support major projects and change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience, with strong skills in process modelling, change management, and data visualisation. This role offers a collaborative environment and significant growth opportunities within the firm.
Working closely with the Head of Business Change and Projects, and the Business Change Project Managers, you will have the responsibility for supporting the successful planning and delivery of major firm‑wide projects and change initiatives. You will collaborate with colleagues at all levels and in all areas of the firm. This is an exciting new role for a "can‑do" person keen to make an impact from day one!
Understanding Business Objectives: Seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity with people and best practice in mind. You will achieve this by working with stakeholders to understand Birketts’ goals and objectives while analysing the business environment, industry trends and internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
