A Local Council Partnership in Louth is seeking a part-time Business Centre Receptionist to support operations at two business centres. The role involves handling enquiries, providing reception services, and performing administrative tasks. Candidates should possess strong customer service and administrative skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. We are excited to be recruiting a Business Centre Receptionist to join our Property Services team!
The role is part time at 15 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, 2 days a week.
In this varied and customer-focused role, you’ll support the daily operations of both the Fairfield Enterprise Centre and Mablethorpe Business Centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, providing a professional reception service, handling enquiries, and supporting the smooth running of the centres.
You’ll carry out a range of administrative tasks, including booking meeting rooms, raising invoices and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting tenants with day-to-day requests. You’ll also help promote the centres to prospective users, provide tours, and ensure the facilities are safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.
