Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Business Center Manager, based in Cheltenham. The Business Center Manager will oversee daily operations of the office centre, including managing client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, supervising staff, coordinating events, and ensuring the facility operates at the highest standards. Responsibilities include maintaining service quality, addressing client needs, managing budgets, and exploring opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue growth.
