A leading consultancy firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager - M&A to engage with shareholders and support acquisitions. The role involves coordinating meetings, providing strategic advice, and overseeing the acquisition process to ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder engagement and project management within the M&A sector.
My role as a Project Manager in the M&A industry includes dealing with shareholders locally and internationally to discuss their business and aspirations, offering them advice, sharing sector-related case studies, deal completions and market-related trends. I also deal with potential acquirers, advising and supporting them on their LTA journey.
I am also responsible for booking and coordinating client and prospect meetings, sending my clients regular updates and reminders, monitoring all aspects throughout our acquisition process and working together with the rest of my team to meet project deadlines.
