Montel is growing again, and we’re looking for sales professionals to join our team in Teesside, joining a knowledgeable and supportive team that enjoys working well together. You’ll be helping energy market participants across Europe discover the full range of Montel services, from trusted market news and price data to powerful analytics tools like EnAppSys, Energy Quantified, PriceIT, QWatt and SysPower.

We’re looking for motivated, organised and perceptive Business Associates to join us in this entry-level role. You’ll start out in our Commercial Team, getting hands-on experience across all areas of the commercial side of the business, with opportunities to collaborate with other teams across the UK and Europe.

Job Location

We’re looking for someone based in the UK who can work from our Stockton-on-Tees office full time to start with. Once your induction is done, you’ll have the flexibility to be in the office at least two days a week. We get that everyone has their own way of working, so we offer a flexible, hybrid setup to help make that work for you.

Required

We’re after people who feel confident building relationships with both new and existing customers, and who are comfortable working with people at all levels of an organisation. You’ll need to be highly numerate and have strong communication and analytical skills to help us run the business and deliver real value through our services.

We’re also looking for creativity, someone who can spot opportunities and help us make the most of them, as well as the focus and drive to see things through. Strong numeracy and IT skills are important, and above all, we really value passion and a can-do attitude.
