Job summary

Assystem is seeking a Business Architect to coordinate site connectivity across Leiston’s major infrastructure project. Based on an on-site role, you’ll interface with site operations, Digital & IT, facilities and contractor teams to ensure seamless mobilisations and delivery.

You will lead governance, document investment cases and support programme reporting while navigating complex site requirements and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex infrastructure, facilities, telecommunications, networking, or connectivity projects.
• Experience with physical hardware fit design, planning, procurement, and installation.
• Experience on large site mobilisation programmes.
• Collaboration with facilities management, site operations, construction delivery, and IT/network teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between site operations, Digital & IT, suppliers and programme delivery teams.
• Support mobilisation of connectivity services into new buildings, compounds and operational areas.
• Engage with facilities, construction, logistics and contractor teams to understand site requirements.
• Ensure governance, assurance and approval activities are completed.
• Coordinate supplier activities and track delivery commitments.
• Escalate blockers and delivery risks proactively.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment across operational and project teams.
• Support handover activities for connectivity services.
