Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and delivering tailored business architecture solutions. Lead the design and development of business architecture frameworks and strategies that support clients' transformation initiatives and align business processes with long-term strategic objectives. Analyse and optimise business processes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and delivery teams, to deliver business architecture solutions that create tangible value. Establish and promote governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of business architecture initiatives. Guide clients through organisational change, planning and implementing business architecture changes while tracking benefits realisation across the delivery lifecycle. Identify and mitigate business risks related to architecture initiatives to minimise disruption to client operations. Mentor junior consultants, fostering the development of business architecture expertise within the consultancy.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (minimum 2.1) in business, information technology, or a related field.
• Formally recognised Business Architecture certification (CBA, BCS, TOGAF).
• Proven experience in Business Architecture, including use of relevant tools, frameworks, and models.
• Strong track record in managing business change and leading teams, with a mature understanding of project management and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to engage with clients at all levels, quickly build rapport, understand business needs, and deliver customised solutions that exceed expectations.
• Expertise in aligning business processes, technology, and capabilities with strategic objectives to drive growth and transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset, adaptable to changing business needs and emerging methodologies, with a commitment to continuous learning.
